What symptoms will appear if the TV stand does not bear enough weight?

1. TV shaking: When the TV stand does not bear enough weight, the TV is prone to shaking when placed on it. This is because the bracket cannot firmly support the weight of the TV, and slight shaking may not be easily noticeable, but in severe cases, the TV can be clearly seen swinging left and right or back and forth. This kind of shaking not only makes viewers feel uncomfortable and distracts their attention, but if the shaking amplitude is large, there is also a risk of the TV falling off the stand, which may injure people around or damage the ground, furniture, and other items.

2. Component damage: During the shaking process of the TV, internal circuit boards, connecting wires, and other components will be affected by vibration. Long term vibration may cause loose solder joints on the circuit board, poor contact at the connection line interface, and subsequently lead to TV malfunctions such as flickering, black screen, and abnormal sound. This will increase the frequency and cost of TV maintenance, seriously affecting the normal use of the TV.

3. Bracket damage: Due to long-term exposure to pressure beyond its designed load-bearing capacity, the TV bracket will gradually deform. The metal structure of the bracket may bend or twist, and plastic components may crack or break. Once these damages occur in the bracket, its ability to support the TV will further decrease, forming a vicious cycle that may ultimately lead to the TV completely losing its support and falling off.
